Within 14 days of the purchase of any product from this website, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back to the Scoti for replacement, full credit toward the purchase of another product, or full refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
The returned product must be in original, new condition. If the product is damaged when received, please call The Scoti for instructions at (540) 351-0309.
