A 13-year company veteran, Bryant views her position as more than just ensuring logistics processes.
“Some would say my job is to just make sure everything is shipped, but I see it as much more than that,” she says. “My first priority is our customers and meeting their needs. Sometimes the cheapest transportation isn’t always the most reliable, so we always take into consideration the customer we are shipping to and whether or not they need a specific delivery date met, or any other special requirements.”

A Constant Evolution
Each crate is packed and built to the design of glass specifications. Bryant says she also considers shipment, size, carrier company, and weather conditions.
“We don’t have a standard crate size,” she says. “They are built to the size of the glass when we receive the order. It’s specified so that the glass comfortably fits in the crate without room for movement during transit.”
